❌ No Return Policy

• We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
• Products will not be taken back after use under any circumstances.

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Product not delivered

Refund Process

• Customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
• Provide order ID and unboxing video/images as proof.
• Once verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

🚫 No refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Size or color preference
• Used or washed products
