If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

• Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return or exchange if your order qualifies under this policy.
• Please note that once your order is cancelled, we will process the refund in 2-3 working days and the amount will be credited on your bank account in 5-7 working days.
